**EFNT defines Professional Service Providers as companies that offer a professional service to their client base, i.e. legal, financial, insurance, coaching, public relations, marketing, advertising, consultants, market research and human resources.

Pledge the Value of Shares of Stock at the Time of a Liquidity Event
There is no minimum pledge, but EFNT encourages its member companies to pledge the value of 1/8 to 1 percent of company shares so that upon a liquidity event, the company will have a meaningful amount of cash to donate to charities of their choice.  EFNT will then provide the due diligence for the Member Company in its effort to contribute to eligible nonprofit organizations. Until the liquidity event occurs, contribute a reduced annual membership fee of $500 and utilize the resources of EFNT and attend events throughout the year.  Participation of employees will be capped at 10.

Open a Donor-Advised Fund
With a minimum contribution of $10,000, your company can open a donor-advised fund into which you can set aside a portion of the proceeds from your business transactions.  You can then advise on grants to the charities of your choice while differentiating your company as one who cares about and contributes to the community. Membership fee waived for first year and participation of employees will be capped at 50. Subsequently it will be $500 annually.
