Cindi is an Audit Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Technology Practice, bringing more than 14 years of auditing and accounting experience.  Cindi has worked with a variety of clients in the technology and manufacturing sectors, including public and private companies.  Additionally, Cindi possesses extensive experience with business and accounting considerations surrounding the Public Offering process.  Prior to joining the technology practice Cindi spent five years in the entrepreneurial advisory services group, helping growing businesses reach their goals.  She has served companies such as Fujitsu-ICL Systems Inc., Samsung Telecommunications, DocuCorp International, Valhi, Inc., Alltel Corporation, Fuego, Inc., Voyence, Interphase Corporation, Sevin Rosen Funds, CenterPoint Venture, STARTech Ventures and Ho2 Ventures.

Cindi attended the University of North Texas obtaining her degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.  She has been with the Dallas office of PricewaterhouseCoopers for fourteen years.  Cindi has been quoted in the Dallas Business Journal and the Dallas Morning News addressing Venture Capital funding in the Dallas and Texas marketplace.  Cindi is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the AICPA and the Richardson Chamber Telecom Corridor; and she holds positions on the Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas, as a Board Member, and is Chairman of the Executive Advisory Council of the University of Texas at Dallas School of Accounting.
