Tom is Co-Managing Partner of the Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP,  full service middle market CPA firm. Tom’s primary disciplines include advanced tax planning, transactional services, including mergers, acquisitions, debt/equity financing for both public and private companies and strategic and operational planning for large and medium sized businesses.

Prior to forming the Firm, Tom was responsible for starting and growing Beal Capital Markets, Inc., an investment subsidiary of Beal Bank specializing in both public and private corporate finance products. When he left, Beal Capital Markets had invested in excess of $2 billion in a diversified portfolio of high yield bonds and direct company investments.

Tom is an active angel investor with 52 current private investments and personal investments totally over 250 private companies over the last 20 years.  MCG currently sponsors two angel forums that have remained very active over the last two years.

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Texas Tech University with a MS in Accounting and Taxation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tom sits on the Steering Committee for Children’s Medical Center Legacy Campus and actively participates in mission trips to Costa Rica and Mexico through St. Andrews and Highland Park United Methodist Churches.
