| Austin, TX - Just as early stage companies allocate equity to employees, advisors, directors and investors in return for the value they're helping to create, the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas enables
these same companies to allocate equity to benefit the charitable causes of their choice. When the companies succeed and their stock has cash value, EFCT works with them to distribute the proceeds for philanthropic purposes. Today there are more than 100 early stage companies in Central Texas participating as members, and more than 75 underwriters supporting the effort.
