As a VP- Sales with Bowne, a diversified communications and document services company, Bob services the public disclosure and communication needs of public companies.  Prior to joining Bowne, Bob was with Merrill Corporation as VP - Sales for over 6 years. Prior to joining Merrill, Bob worked for 13 years in the commercial/investment banking arena and holds a Series 7 General Securities License. Bob’s civic and community activities include memberships in National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), National Investment Banker’s Association (NIBA), B.P. Circle of Friends, Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS)- Plano, American Heart Association, American Society of Corporate Secretaries (ASCS), Association of Corporate Growth (ACG), The DFW SEC Reporting Group, The Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas (EFNT), and is a member of St. Phillip’s Episcopal Church.
