Ms. Jeanne Bayless joined STAR in 2002 as a Managing Partner of STAR's office in the United States. Before joining STAR, Ms. Bayless served as Director of Strategic Investments for Intel Capital.

Prior to her tenure at Intel Capital, Ms. Bayless was the Founder, CEO and President of AnswerSoft, a startup developing software for the automation of inbound call center operations. AnswerSoft was acquired by Davox Corporation (NASDAQ: DAVX) in 1998 and Ms. Bayless joined Davox as VP Marketing. Subsequent to Davox, Ms. Bayless was VP Marketing of NetBoost Corporation, a startup developing solutions for the acceleration of network applications. NetBoost was acquired by Intel Corporation (NASDAQ :INTC) in 1999.

Ms. Bayless holds an M.S. in Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
