Chris began his career in Ernst & Young’s Dallas office, transferred to the Denver, Colorado office in 1991, then transferred to the Orange County, California office in 1997, and returned to the Dallas office in 2006.
During his 23 years with the firm, Chris has served public and private companies in the technology, health sciences, engineering & construction, and manufacturing industries – including early stage private start-up companies as well as large multinational companies. In addition, he has participated in numerous initial public offerings, debt offerings, and secondary offerings. Chris has extensive experience reviewing SEC filings, including Form 10-Ks, Form 10-Qs, and various other filings.
